Signed up for Rogers High-Speed Internet and made an appointment to have a technician come between 5-8pm to flip the switch. So we waited. From 5 to 8pm. Nothing.
Apparently some friends of ours have had Rogers cancel the installation appointment several times. I guess that’s the power of a monopoly.
Called the next day. Apparently the appointment was never entered on their computer. WTF.
